Abstract
Across three samples (N=1941) of undergraduate students, underrepresented ethnic minority group members reported higher levels of perceived discrimination which undermined core academic engagement factors of identity, efficacy and belonging. Perceptions of a diverse campus mitigated the relationship between discrimination and psychosocial outcomes.
