Unhelpful Workplace Social Support: Outcomes and Importance Among Related Exchanges at Work

In this study, we further explored the deleterious effects of unhelpful workplace social support (UWSS) and assessed its importance among related stressful workplace exchanges. Results confirmed UWSS as a critical stressor for employees and revealed that UWSS may have importance over established stressful exchanges in the prediction of negative outcomes.
