Emotion Context Insensitivity Predicts Later Depression during COVID-19

Abstract
This study used online questionnaire and the emotion context sensitivity paradigm to explore the relationship between depression and emotional reactivity in Chinese culture. Our results found that depression was related with diminished emotional reactivity, which supported the ECI hypothesis rather than the cultural norm hypothesis.
