Abstract
This research explores relationships between maternal BMI, weight stigma, and provider recommendations. Our findings suggest that providers may be at higher risk of recommending insufficient weight gain to patients with higher BMIs. This research can inform providers as they make gestational weight gain recommendations to patients across the weight spectrum.
