Abstract
We investigated whether distress intolerance can predict performance on cognitive control tasks targeting inhibition (Go/NoGo), working memory (PASAT) and shifting (Trails B), and if affect moderates such relationships. We found a significant main effect of distress intolerance in predicting worse Go/NoGo performance but no other significant moderative or main effects.
