Teachers' Well-Being in the Online Teaching and Learning Contexts during the out-of-School Time (COVID-19 pandemic)

This study will explore teachers’ psychological and emotional well-being during the COVID-19 situation. Through the teachers' interviews, this study will analyze the teachers' perspectives on challenges in the online learning. The sample will consist of five teachers with more than 10 years of experience working in South Korean elementary schools.
