Abstract
We combined the Think/No-think paradigm(Anderson & Green, 2001) with a preconditioning paradigm(Wimmer & Shohamy, 2012) to examine the impact of memory suppression on reinforcement decision-making. The results showed that suppressing memory led to lower recall rates of learned memory associations and lower decision preferences or bias than the baseline condition.
