Abstract
Ninety-three adolescent females completed an online daily diary for ten days. Findings revealed that girls reported more positive affect and fewer depressive symptoms on days when they engaged in greater physical activity. Further, girls who completed more physical activity across the study period exhibited greater positive affect.
