The Effect of Spirituality and Technology Usage on the Resilience of Secondary Students Attending Faith-Based Institutions

I studied the effect of spirituality and technology addiction on resilience.. To study the effect of these two variables, I administered several surveys to 203 high school and undergraduate students. I found that increased technology addiction decreases an individual’s resilience levels, while increased spirituality increases an individual’s resilience.
