Abstract
Autistic children often have difficulties understanding non-verbal communication, specifically complex facial expressions. The current study aims to explore how an iPad application, which supports skill development in facial expression detection, is perceived my children and their families. A mixed method approach will be undertaken for data collection and analysis.
