Competitive Athletes: A Clinical Investigation of the Walking Wounded

Athletes experience performance pressures and anxieties, mistreatment, injuries, and career termination, all leading to depression and anxiety. In this poster presentation an exploratory investigation aspires to obtain an initial assessment of the hardships that may negatively impact athletes' mental health while concurrently providing practical methods of prevention for future concerns.
