Seeing Mirror Images of Felt Sizes Influences Unseen Felt Sizes

Abstract
Sixty participants felt with each hand different sizes. Half could either not see or see a mirror image of their right-hand grasping a size. Afterwards they haptically estimated the size in their felt-hand. Although their estimates varied with the imaged size, the visual size did not capture the felt size.
