Shorter Relationships at Risk for Sexting-Linked Intimate Partner Violence

We examined the moderating role of relationship length on the association between coercive sexting and intimate partner violence (IPV) perpetration in college students. Those in short and medium-length relationships, but not those in long relationships, were at an increased risk for coercive sexting positively associating with IPV perpetration.
