Abstract

This study examined the relationship between callous-unemotional (CU) traits and youth externalizing psychopathology as moderated by five-factor model personality traits. Results indicated the CU - externalizing relationship was weaker among youth with higher Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness, and was stronger among youth with higher Neuroticism.
