Abstract

Peripartum period pertains to increased risk for OCD development/exacerbation. This study investigated the relationship between maternal sleep and OCD symptoms. 767 women participated in the study through three interviews spanning peripartum. Poor sleep quality correlated with OCD severity in early peripartum but less during late postpartum, suggesting other contributing factors.
