Qualitative Components of Clinical Supervision on Patient Outcomes in a Tertiary Clinic

Despite clinical supervision being mandatory in many professional programs, little is known about what aspects of supervision are most effective in increasing trainee competence and favorable patient outcomes. The goal of this research to explore these characteristics and relations using data from a tertiary cognitive-behavioural therapy clinic.
