Agreeable People Seek to Improve Their Social Skills through Their Openness to Experiences

The study tested for a relationship between factors of the Five Factor Model and a measure of Social Goal Achievement (SGA) - Development. The participants were undergraduate students. Participants completed the FFM and the SGA Scale as part of a larger study. A mediated relationship exists between variables.
