Infusing a Skill-Based Curriculum into Psychology Courses to Help Students Connect, Develop, and Showcase Their Skills

This study explored the connection between psychology courses and transferrable professional skills. The attainment of skills was measured through a pre and posttest of the “The Employable Skills Self-Efficacy Survey” (ESSES) (Ciarocco & Strohmetz, 2017). Participants were psychology students during 2019. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression model.
