Abstract
When White participants view faces of Black men, heightened arousal slows time perception. This subtle bias may influence intergroup interactions, particularly when quick decisions necessitate the judgement of time. This research assesses the relationship between biases in time perception and the decision to shoot on the First Person Shooter Task.
