Abstract
The current study assessed graduating psychology majors on a) the Employable Skills Self-Efficacy Scale (ESSES); b) psychology major experiences measure; c) courses in the major that contributed to different employable skills; and d) how these skills related to meeting the APA learning objectives across the curriculum.
