No Significant Relationship Found between Project Manager Authentic Leadership and Project Success

Abstract
This study analyzed how authentic leadership in project managers predicted project success in organizations and if the PMP and CAPM credentials moderated the relationship. The relationships between authentic leadership in project managers and project success were not statistically significant, nor did possession of a project management credential moderate the relationships.
