Negative Emotionality Does Not Predict Future Substance Abuse Among Adjudicated Adolescents

Abstract
The current study investigated whether higher levels of self-reported negative emotionality predicted future substance abuse. Simple linear regression indicated that negative emotionality does not predict future substance abuse, suggesting other important determinants of these patterns.
