Abstract

The present study examined counterproductive student behavior as a unique multidimensional phenomenon and documents the development and initial validation of a comprehensive new measure. Overall, results indicated an 8-factor model of counterproductive student behavior that displays acceptable internal consistency and was cross-validated on multiple samples.
