From Passive to Interactive! Flipping a Large Introductory Classroom

Abstract
In the age of ever-present distractions, it is difficult to achieve student engagement in large lecture classes. We report on a flipped ‘Introduction to Social Psychology’ classroom designed for 200+ students. Our evaluation shows that it is possible to stimulate student engagement and enhance learning in the large-lecture environment.
