It’s All in the Family: The Role of Family Resilience in Mitigating the Effects of Adverse Child Experiences (ACEs) on Child Mental Health Symptoms

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of family resilience as a mediator of the relationship between Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and child mental health. Family resilience mediated the relationship between ACEs and child mental health symptoms. This relationship was moderated by perceived support between parenting partners.
