Abstract
Issues related to social justice are at the forefront of American society today. Psychological research often reflects the current zeitgeist. We investigate this research-zeitgeist interplay surrounding social justice through analysis of “American Psychologist” and “Journal of Social Issues” starting in the 1940s. Results suggest that themes mirror today’s social issues.
