Abstract

This study examined how well measures of domain knowledge, vocational interest, cognitive aptitude, and personality predicted ratings of performance in military cyber operations. Regression analyses demonstrated that domain knowledge and level of interest in physical activities were the strongest predictors of supervisor performance ratings.
