Functional Connectivity across the Dopaminergic Spectrum of Schizophrenia and Parkinson's Disease

Schizophrenia and Parkinson’s diseases are hypothesized to share a dysfunction in dopaminergic expression; with Schizophrenia associated with hyper-expression and Parkinson’s with hypo-expression of dopamine. Here, we test for the presence of a network that represents antagonistic, cross-diagnostic dopaminergic effects.
