Cherishing: Exploring the Nature, Structure, and Relationship

The present study explores, develops and validates cherishing as a psycho-social construct in two major phases conducted in an Indian setting. The first phase explores cherishing through a qualitative investigation. The second phase consisting of six studies constructs an instrument for cherishing. Findings reveal a four-factor structure.
