Abstract
Psychological Capital (PsyCap) represents our facility for positive appraisal, perseverance, and internalized control, and is characterized by dimensions of hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism. Although primarily examined in workplace settings, the current study examines PsyCap in relation to aspects of adjustment, specifically emotional wellbeing, general distress, and impulsivity in students.
