“As a (wo)Man Thinketh”: A Qualitative Exploration of Self-Efficacy Among Combat Student-Veterans.

Interviews were conducted to explore the educational experiences of student-veterans who had completed a degree program after returning home from deployment. We focused on five who were emerging adults. Findings indicated self-efficacy as a major influence for the student-veterans’ persistence to degree attainment. Additional themes will be discussed.
