Abstract

We examined trait and dyadically-influenced Black Racial Identity (RI), mental health, and perceived support. Black university students rated social network members in a SRM design. Significant trait and dyadic effects for RI were found. Trait and dyadic RI were strongly linked to mental health and perceived support.
