Time Perspective and Substance Use: An Examination across Three High Schools

Identifying modifiable factors that contribute to substance use among adolescents is a much-needed area of research. Thus, this study examined associations between time perspective and substance use. Results from three high schools showed that thoughts and feelings about the past, present, and future were related to substance use.
