Abstract
We found the relationship between social class and unethical behavior is moderated by gender and the beneficiary of the behavior. Results indicated that upper-class men were more likely to engage in self-beneficial unethical behavior than other-beneficial unethical behavior, whereas upper-class women showed no such difference in engaging in unethical behavior.
