Correlation of Teaming Behaviors and Mindset in First-Year Engineering Students

This study hypothesizes that a relationship exists between mindset and measures of teaming with individuals who possess a growth mindset having more positive motivational beliefs and self-regulated learning strategies and those students who have a fixed mindset demonstrating an increased reliance on other team members to complete the team’s work.
