A Framework for Understanding Religious System Justification

Abstract
Our goal was to build models of general and specific religious system justification using eight
predictor variables derived from a literature review. Both types of religious system justification
were predicted by endorsing traditional gender roles and greater religious commitment, but
each model also contained one unique predictor.
