Abstract
Little is known about the efforts made by low-level leaders in the U.S. Army to address negative Soldier behaviors (e.g., bullying). Interviews were conducted with non-commissioned officers regarding their interventions for five types of negative individual, group and leader behavior. The types of interventions used and their effectiveness are discussed.
