Abstract
Insomnia is a significant problem for many college students and stress has been shown to be a contributing factor. We demonstrated this stress-insomnia association in a large, predominantly Hispanic sample of healthy young adults using well-established measures, and found that pre-sleep cognitive arousal mediated the relationship.
