Abstract
The findings from this research study suggest that culture influences perceived work-life balance. Cultures that more strongly endorse reward for application and prosocial motivation report higher levels of work-life balance, whereas cultures that more strongly endorse social cynicism, maintaining harmony, and concern for face report lower levels of work-life balance.
