Abstract
We examined with a randomized, controlled crossover trial, the impact of wearing blue-light blocking glasses for 2 hours before bed for a week on subjective sleep quality, bedtime, depression (CES-D), and insomnia (ISQ) in 18 college students with sleep-onset insomnia. We found no significant change in all measures.
