Abstract
We explored the effects of a positive diversity climate on women’s workplace experienced discrimination (N = 313), and the moderating role of political conservatism. A positive diversity climate predicted lower experienced discrimination. However, when women perceive a positive diversity climate, those who are more conservative experienced significantly more discrimination.
