Abstract

The first study examines whether there are correlational associations between the tendency to create abstract models of a romantic relationship and attachment styles [anxious, avoidant, and secure]. The second study conducts an exploratory analysis of whether attachment style interacts with relationship construal level to predict conflict outcomes in romantic couples.
