Abstract

The Ball Aptitude Battery, developed for use in career guidance and research, was administered to Amazon Turk workers in a test-retest study. The level of performance from Turk workers was comparable to that of career guidance clients, and the test-retest reliability of the aptitude tests were in the expected ranges.
