Abstract

The Reward Positivity (RewP) is an ERP-component of reward responsiveness. Reduced RewP predicts depression in at-risk youth, and could be a neural marker for depression. We found youth with both maternal depression and physical abuse exposures demonstrated reduced RewPs. Maternal depression and physical abuse did not uniquely predict youth’s RewP.
