Abstract
This study examined the role of parent stress and sleep on depression. Results showed both sleep and stress were individually and indirectly associated with greater depressive symptoms. Sleep problems led to higher stress levels and stress increased sleep problems, suggesting a possible transactional relation between stress, sleep, and depression.
