Abstract
As organizations embrace inclusivity policies to enhance workplace diversity and reduce discriminatory outcomes, individual attitudes toward inclusivity likely reflect evolving, dynamic beliefs that can facilitate or impair progress. The present study describes the initial development of a multidimensional scale intended to assess attitudes toward inclusivity and provides preliminary validity evidence.
