Abstract

To explore the Impostor Self-concept (IS) in Kenia and Germany, ISF, BFI-10, HEXACO-PI-R, BSRI have been used. A correlation between IS and personality could be replicated in Germany. In Kenya, a relationship between neuroticism, conscientiousness and IS was found and persons with female sex role show higher values in IS.
