Abstract

Sudden changes were shown to predict short- and long-term therapeutic outcomes in anxiety. The current study tested how sudden gains and losses predict the efficacy of attention bias modification (ABM). Results indicate that sudden changes may be used as early warning signals to predict post-training attention bias and subjective anxiety.
