Managing Burnout: Points of Intervention

Burnout at work affects employees and entrepreneurial success of the company. Burnout is explored in relation to cognitive beliefs which can mediate reaction to stress (nursing sample). Greater burnout is found in a less demanding work environment, which points to management as a source of positive resources to resolve burnout.
