Organizational Cultures of Trustworthiness

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to define and operationalize a ‘culture of trustworthiness’ using a derivative of The Organizational Culture Inventory® (OCI®). Behavioural norms that define a culture of trustworthiness were found as well as support for the positive outcomes associated with such a culture.
